Transformational Health Network:

We primarily promote the employability and the creative contributions of nurses and their clients in the healthcare field. We realize the emotional challenges associated with the career of nursing.

To paraphrase Einstein: Nurses "do not play dice" with healthcare, so we should not gamble with nurses’ mental health either.

Thank you for your service nurses:
Professor Hoell and I mentioned in the video that there will be an accompanying Creativity and Employment Association for new members. While the precise criterion for qualifications is still being finalized, the document that follows represents a close facsimile to how it will begin after July 26th. If you have any profound concerns and/or ideas that are directly related to this document, feel free to call me during business hours until the day of the conference at (302) 416-0629. Until then, continue to power up your imaginations.

Job Redesign Workshop

Together we can transform the dream of a safer, more dignified, privacy-oriented, and safe healthcare system into our collective vision that will then be based on a historical track record for the future. What is here, to start, is merely a suggested blueprint.

Please join in.
